I’ve been working pretty hard these past few months prepping for our California Arbor Week Tour with the TreeCircus. 14 events in 11 days – wham bam! I didn’t attend all of the celebrations, but Tilly and I hit two of them up last week. Let’s just say I was thrilled she didn’t squeal during the welcoming speeches. She’s really into that lately and I don’t know how to make it STOP!
Here we are at the Arbor Week kickoff at the State Capitol. It was a pretty important day in Tilly’s life, if you ask me.
We also went to the Palo Alto Arbor Day, hosted by Canopy. Tilly was pretty freaked out of Professor Arbor E. Tum… little did she know, it was her Uncle Ryan inside!
Our recent 9 month check up was great, and apparently I’ve gotten better at cleaning Tilly’s belly button because the doctor didn’t mention it this time. She’s 90th percentile for head, 75th percentile for height and 60th percentile for weight. Looks like she’s headed towards a double major in rocket science and modeling. I’m okay with that.
